My mission is to support parents navigating the challenges of high-conflict divorce and the family court system. I provide guidance, encouragement, and resources to help clients manage overwhelm, rediscover their inner strength, and move forward with clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a supportive path toward healing, resilience, and a brighter next chapter every step of the process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

My name is Kristy Rigney, and I have learned from my own personal experience how challenging divorce is, especially with a confusing family court system. This process becomes even more daunting when divorcing someone who is high conflict. I am passionate about helping others heal and build strategy during this difficult time. I want to be by your side and in your corner so you are not alone.

Once you are separated, being a single parent has its challenges, and helping your children navigate this life change presents even more challenges. I help parents navigate challenging emotions and behaviors that their children may be experiencing. I have extensive experience working with children and teens with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and other mental health disabilities.

“Kristy Rigney is a graduate of the High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program. This eight-week, intensive course focuses on the complex dynamics of high-conflict divorce and child custody battles. Our program emphasizes the realities of post-separation abuse and teaches that it often takes only one individual engaging in toxic or abusive behaviors to create a high-conflict situation. Kristy will be an incredible resource and advocate for those navigating the family court system.”

“ Before working with Kristy, I felt completely alone—trying to hold everything together in the middle of chaos. She met me there with compassion and gave me real, practical tools to calm my mind, stay organized, and show up as the mom I wanted to be. Her guidance helped me find clarity and peace when life felt impossible. Most of all, she made me feel understood—and not so alone.”
